What methods of payment are available? We accept PayPal, Credit cards, Laser & Visa Debit cards. We can also accept orders over the phone. Please contact us for further information. Will my credit card details be safe? Yes, Absolutely. We use Sage payment gateways combined with AIB merchant services for our credit card transactions. Sage is one of the most widely used and secure online payment systems in Europe. Once an item has been added to your cart, you will be redirected to a secure & encrypted checkout page where you can then pay for your items safely and in total confidence to complete your order. Please note: Cherish Me does not have access too and does not store customer credit card details. What is 3D Secure? Cherish Me Baby Store is a participating online retailer in the Mastercard and Visa 3D Secure program which is a security system put in place by Mastercard and Visa to help prevent unauthorised use of your credit card online. 3D Secure is similar to a ‘chip and pin’ system that works in the same way that you use your card PIN number at an ATM or when purchasing a product in a store. With 3D secure you use a unique password instead of a PIN number. You can register for your password through your local bank branch or online using the Bank of Ireland 3D Secure page at the checkout. Once you have registered for 3D secure password, this password can be used for all online purchases made through participating 3D secure retailers worldwide. Note: Just like your personal PIN number , your 3D secure password should be kept in a safe place and never disclosed to anyone. If I purchase two gift sets in one order, can I have them sent to different address’s? Yes, however our checkout system only allows for one additional delivery address, so you will need to contact us straight away once your order has been placed so we can pass on the details to our courier drivers before the order is dispatched. Please note that there will be an additional shipping charge for multiple shipping addresses. I want to have a gift set sent to a friend, how can I include a personal message? At Step.1 of the Checkout page there is a small text box for 'Comments' or a 'Gift Message' at the end of the page where you can enter gift tag details so that the recipient knows who the parcel is from. What happens if I am not home when my parcel arrives? All of our deliveries require a signature from the recipient so if no one is home when your parcel arrives, they will try your immediate neighbour (ie. next door) and will leave a card at your home with the neighbours house number. If they can’t contact your neighbour the courier will try delivering the next day and then the day after. If after the third time the parcel can not be delivered the parcel is returned Cherish Me. Can I buy an item and collect it from the Cherish Me warehouse? Yes. For customers wishing to collect an item directly from our warehouse in Dublin, we have a pay and collect system. To avail of this option simply order your item as normal, and at the checkout page select ‘pay and collect’ from the shipping drop down menu and the shipping costs will be removed from the cost of your order. Once your order has been placed we will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your item. Can I have my order delivered to a Maternity hospital? Yes that's no problem. If you would like to have your order delivered to a maternity hospital simply enter the recipients name, hospital and ward details in the delivery address I would like to order a gift set for twins / triplets ? If you would like to customise one of our gift sets for twins, triplets etc, we do have a beautiful range of gift sets in our Mum and baby gift section however if you would like something different made up for your specific requirements all you need to do is contact us and we will be delighted to put together a gift set for you. What’s the difference between organic cotton and normal cotton clothing? Organic cotton is grown organically without the use of chemical fertilisers, or other agents normally used in conventional cotton production. There are many benefits in buying organic clothing. Apart from the health and ethical benefits, organic clothing is also softer and more durable.
