Shipping & Returns

Pay & Collect Service:


This free service allows you to shop and pay for your item(s) online and then collect them directly from our showroom in Dublin. Just select the ‘Pay & Collect’ option from the shipping drop down menu on the checkout page and on completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your item(s) are ready for collection. 

 Item(s) can be collected from our showroom Tuesday to Friday  11:00 - 16:00. For collections outside these hours or over the weekend please contact us here.

Shipping Information


All of our orders are shipped using a fully registered courier service. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday (excl. Bank/Public holidays) and we ship to all destinations throughout Ireland, UK, Mainland Europe as well as USA and Canada. 

Delivery within Republic of Ireland:

  • Next Day Courier Delivery -  €4.50 (Free shipping on all orders over €100)
Delivery time is next working day - 2 working days *Unless otherwise specified in product description. Please note that delivery times are calculated from the time the items have left our warehouse in Dublin.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times:

  • Northern Ireland / UK Shipping - €9.50 (3 - 5 working days)
  • Mainland Europe ( Zone 1 ) -  €13.50 (5 - 7 working days)
  • Mainland Europe ( Zone 2 ) -  €25.00 (5 - 7 working days)
  • US and Canada - €30.00 (7 - 14 working days)

 * All of our parcels are sent via a 3rd party registered courier service to ensure prompt and convenient delivery and all parcels are fully insured and tracked. While we endeavour to ensure that all parcels are delivered within the specified time frame, Cherish Me can not be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other courier/technical related issues outside of our control.

 

Returns information: 


 

Returns Policy:

All returns must completed within 7 days of the receiving the goods. All returns should be sent to the Cherish Me warehouse address as displayed on our contact page and will be accepted under the following conditions:
  • 7 day cooling off period.
  • Item(s) have been received damaged or faulty.
  • The wrong item(s) have been delivered.
 Returns can be sent by post or can be dropped back to our Showroom in Dublin. All returned items must be unused in original packing with tags still intact. 

7 day cooling off period:

During this period a customer may decide to cancel and return an order for exchange / refund. The cooling off period lasts for 7 days from the receipt of the item(s) and during this time you must contact Cherish Me by email or in writing to confirm your intention to return the item(s). Please note that items must be returned unused in original packaging with tags still intact and fit for resale. A refund for the price of the goods will be issued within 30 days from when the item(s) have been returned. We highly recommend returning item(s) via a registered service as Cherish Me is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer assumes full responsibility for returning the item(s) including all shipping costs incurred.

Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event that your item(s) have arrived damaged or with a fault, we can accept returns providing they are returned within 7 days of receipt. Under these circumstances, please return the items to Cherish Me Baby Store and once the items are returned we can issue either a full refund or a replacement product (depending on stock availability).

Wrong Item(s) delivered:

If the wrong item(s) have been shipped to your address, the items will be collected by us and replaced as soon as possible. If the item(s) you ordered are no longer available, an alternative product or full refund will be offered.
